It balances the masculine and feminine energies and focuses their combined force. It is one of the most powerful mantras for permanently altering your state of consciousness. I tune into the unions with my higher power. I cease to limit myself intellectually and connect my spirit to the source of all knowledge. I am a unique and radiant loving being. I choose to live my life from a place of love and contentment. I release all limited thought and lift myself up to every higher levels of awareness. I am who I am and glory in that.

The concept behind this album was to bring together spiritual teachings with music, voice and mantra to raise consciousness and to aid self-healing. The first seven songs are based on the main energetic centres of the body, each song being related to each chakra by musical key and intent.
