Whilst I was sleeping a dream came to me
People were smiling, they were happy and free
The air it was buzzing with birds flying past
And I thought that this was transient and never would last

I climbed over mountains, it seemed easy for me
My footsteps they were light as far as I c could see
And whilst on my journey I made many friends
And I knew this would sustain me and never would end

I swam in the ocean; I sat on its floor
With fish all around me and so very much more
Then I saw people who were able to breathe
We were all under water, it seemed natural to me

I flew in the blue sky above all the earth
I looked all around me I saw consciousness birth
Everyone was flying with the sun on their face
I knew we had found here a heavenly place

Then came the morning with my eyes open wide
I thought that maybe I would lose this love I felt inside
Then came the knowing that it never would go
It was with me forever, no it ever would go

Meaning:

There is no direct meaning for this mantra; it is concerned with energy, breath and the placement of consciousness. It balances the masculine and feminine energies and focuses their combined force. It is one of the most powerful mantras for permanently altering your state of consciousness.
I tune into the unions with my higher power. I cease to limit myself intellectually and connect my spirit to the source of all knowledge. I am a unique and radiant loving being. I choose to live my life from a place of love and contentment. I release all limited thought and lift myself up to every higher levels of awareness. I am who I am and glory in that.
